Solid background in high-volume, multi-regional hiring (India/APAC required; LATAM/UK/US a plus).
Experience hiring across both tech (engineering, product, etc.) and non-tech (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) roles.
Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS--Workable preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
