Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in RS Puram. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles, ensuring the hiring needs of the organization are met efficiently. Candidates with experience working in staffing or recruitment firms will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define staffing needs for various roles across IT and non-IT sectors.
Source and screen candidates proactively through job portals, social media, networking, and staffing databases.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and coordinating hiring processes.
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Negotiate job offers and communicate hiring decisions professionally with candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Support HR in workforce planning and recruitment strategy improvements.
Work Monday to Saturday as per organizational needs.
Requirements
2-4 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or recruiter.
Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.
Previous experience with staffing or recruitment firms is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficient in recruitment tools such as ATS, job portals, and social media channels.
Strong negotiation and candidate assessment skills.
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping practices.
Female candidates preferred for this position.
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
