The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various positions across departments. The role also involves
coordinating with colleges
for campus hiring and recruiting
interns, graduate engineers, and management trainees
as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the
entire recruitment cycle
- from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct
initial screening and shortlisting
of profiles based on job criteria.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews with respective departments.
Manage
campus hiring
- connect with placement coordinators and organize recruitment drives.
Recruit
Interns, Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), and Management Trainees (MTs)
.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
Prepare and share regular
hiring status reports
with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration
or related field.
2-4 years
of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sourcing tools and interview coordination.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace.
