We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete Talent Acquisition process - sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding.
Manage job postings, databases, and social media hiring channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure smooth on boarding experience.
Support HR operations when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates Preff.
1-6 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Talent Acquisition & Sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to relocate or based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
