Key Responsibilities

Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Build expertise in sourcing strategies, niche hiring, and executive search. Work on positions where other recruiters often struggle and learn how to succeed. Gain hands-on exposure to client hiring across multiple industries. Assist in career counselling and student development through workshops, sessions, and placement activities. Act as a career enabler for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Compensation

During the probation period, salary will be performance-based. On successful completion of probation, you will receive a revised fixed salary package aligned with your performance and contribution.
