Develop hiring strategies that align with the company's growth plans and future talent needs.
Employer Branding
Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates. This includes managing social media presence, career pages, and outreach campaigns.
Candidate Sourcing
Use job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
Selection and Offer Management
Help define selection criteria, facilitate final interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
Onboarding Support
Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Implement strategies to recruit diverse talent and foster an inclusive workplace
