Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, strengthening the employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with the company's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Proactively identifies, attracts, and engages potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Screening and Interviewing: Conducts initial candidate assessments and facilitates interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Works with management and HR teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements for open positions.
Employer Branding: Promotes the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and outreach initiatives.
Talent Pipeline Management: Builds a network of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Onboarding: Supports the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and initial integration.
Planning: Develops and implements long-term talent acquisition strategies, analyzes industry trends, and provides hiring forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Deep understanding of the job market and recruitment best practices.
Ability to assess and identify candidates who align with company values and goals.
Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements. Often requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
