Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you'll do:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs On time Delivery of Resources required Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, Job Portals) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement Lead employer branding initiatives Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Who'll be a good fit:

Proven experience as a recruiter with 2-3 years of recruitment experience Excellent understanding of recruiting concepts and best practices Experience with social media campaigns, using job boards like Naukri and LinkedIn is a must skill to have Up to date on latest recruitment trends and good reports Should possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
