You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment data, metrics, and reports for management review.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
3-5 years
of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with social media recruiting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
