Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1+ years
of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Experience working in
non-IT sectors (Required),
R&D firms,
or the
manufacturing industry.
Expertise in
hiring for niche roles,
including technical and specialized positions.
Hands-on experience with
job portals, social media recruiting
, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Master's degree in Human Resources, MSW (Preferred) , or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
end-to-end recruitment,
ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using
multiple recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
for critical and niche roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate
onboarding processes.
