Role Overview



We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep experience in IT recruitment to spearhead full-cycle hiring for roles including Java, .NET, C, Full
Stack, Mainframe Technologies, Control M and other schedulers, Oracle DBA, Oracle Developer, Golang, Kafka Administrator and emerging GenAI engineers. You'll partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities



o

Collaborate with hiring managers and tech leads to understand requirements for roles like Java, .NET, C, Full
Stack, and GenAI Engineer.

o

Create compelling JD's and technical-screening questions tailored per role .

o

Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri ,Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, tech communities, and niche job boards.

o

Conduct technical screenings (resume review, phone/virtual interviews, coding assessments) .

o

Coordinate with hiring teams to arrange technical interviews, system-design rounds, and PA assessments.

o

Handle offer negotiation and ensure seamless candidate onboarding.

o

Maintain and update ATS with candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and offer data .

o

Build a technical talent pipeline for critical roles, incl. passive candidates and future needs.

o

Represent the employer brand at Chennai tech job fairs, meetups, and campus events.

o

Track recruitment metrics (time
to
fill, source quality, conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement.

Must
Have Skills & Experience



o

3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment full-cycle (corporate or agency).

o

Proven ability recruiting for technical roles.

o

Strong technical screening ability (understand codebase, stack & architecture).

o

Experience sourcing from niche tech platforms Naukri, Indeed,Linkedin (StackOverflow, GitHub), and via Boolean search .

o

Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics.

o

Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

o

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles across technical domains.

o

Bachelors in HR, Business, Engineering or equivalent.

o

Bonus: HR/Recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM
CP, LinkedIn).

Preferred Qualifications



o

Exposure to hiring GenAI / AI/ML engineers.

o

Understanding of coding frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot, React, Azure/AWS).

o

Active participation in Chennai tech meetups or campus technical recruiting.
