We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team. As a key contributor to our HR function, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle

, handling niche hiring

, and driving strategic talent acquisition to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

non-IT recruitment

, with experience in R&D firms or the manufacturing sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 3+ years of experience

in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Experience working in

non-IT sectors (Required), R&D firms, or the manufacturing industry.

Expertise in

hiring for niche roles,

including technical and specialized positions. Strong knowledge of

sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding.

Hands-on experience with

job portals, social media recruiting

, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent

negotiation, communication

, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment processes and reduce hiring timelines. Master's degree in

Human Resources, MSW (Preferred)

, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage

end-to-end recruitment,

ensuring timely and quality hiring. Develop and execute

strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier professionals.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using

multiple recruitment channels.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

for critical and niche roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Negotiate offers and manage candidate

onboarding processes. Ensure a seamless and

engaging candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Conduct

market research on talent trends

, salary benchmarks, and industry insights. Utilize

HR analytics to track recruitment performance

and improve hiring efficiency.
