to join our team. As a key contributor to our HR function, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle

, and driving strategic talent acquisition to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
non-IT recruitment
, with experience in R&D firms or the manufacturing sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Experience working in
non-IT sectors (Required), R&D firms, or the manufacturing industry.
Expertise in
hiring for niche roles,
including technical and specialized positions.
Strong knowledge of
sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
Hands-on experience with
job portals, social media recruiting
, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent
negotiation, communication
, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment processes and reduce hiring timelines.
Master's degree in
Human Resources, MSW (Preferred)
, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
end-to-end recruitment,

Develop and execute

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using
