Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, and fostering a positive experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate selection.
Onboarding:
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, including market research and competitor analysis.
Building a Talent Pipeline:
Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
HRIS Management:
Managing applicant tracking systems and other relevant HRIS platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking key recruitment metrics and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
