About the Role



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support our business growth and help us hire top talent. This role requires hands-on recruitment experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do



Handle full-cycle recruitment:

From understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers, and ensuring candidates join successfully.

Source candidates through multiple channels:

Use job portals, LinkedIn, in-house databases, referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring to find suitable candidates.

Conduct walk-in drives and campus recruitment:

Plan, organize, and execute hiring drives as per the recruitment plan.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline:

Keep a ready pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Engage with candidates:

Use your soft-skills to keep them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate with internal teams:

Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand requirements, schedule interviews, and share timely updates.

Be a team player:

Collaborate well with other team members and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Maintain accurate recruitment data:

Keep records and databases updated and accurate. Generate and share reports as required.

Support onboarding:

Help with document collection, follow-ups, and coordination until the candidate joins.

Provide additional support:

Take up other recruitment or HR-related responsibilities based on team or business needs.

What are we looking for?



Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or technical hiring)

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong time management and organizational skills Willingness to work
