Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (contract and full-time). Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and expectations. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the process. Maintain candidate pipeline, ensure timely updates in trackers, and share daily/weekly status reports. Meet daily targets for submissions, interviews, and closures.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment (Domestic ). Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and work under pressure. Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and candidate screening techniques. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
