Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, and follow-ups.
Shift Timings: General shift
Transportation: Both pickup and drop provided
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Notice Period: Maximum 15 days
Responsibilities

• Working closely with Director TA, Department heads and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the s and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.
• Researching about latest hiring processes for each role, setting evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders in preparing assessment / test for each position.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the priority roles to be filled.
• Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
• Managing the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire, onboarding and retaining quality talent.
• Screening resumes and prospects, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
• Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
• Maintaining a database of candidate records.
• Identifying, analyzing, presenting and keeping updated the hiring metrics and implementing initiatives to combat/ mitigate the challenges
