Experience: 2 to 6 years ( Manufacturing, retail candidates preferred )
Pay: Best as per Industry Standards
Working day : 6 days ( 9:30am to 6:30pm , upto 4pm every Saturday )
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's values and culture.
Recruitment Strategy: Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and provide regular updates to management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
