We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment function and support broader HR initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to ISMS (Information Security Management System) processes specific to TA, coordinate Learning and Development (L&D) activities, and support employee relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Team Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions and levels.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are met.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels.
Implement and optimize recruitment tools, dashboards, and ATS systems.
Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in talent outreach events.
Develop and Manage Recruitment vendors, Vendor assessment and SLA monitoring
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
Other Tasks
Ensure recruitment and HR processes are aligned with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
Support audits and documentation related to ISMS recruitment processes.
Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs across departments.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for internal and external training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and assist in reporting and analysis.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolution in collaboration with Management / Stakeholders.
Assist in driving employee engagement activities and surveys.
Ensure HR practices promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial/team leadership role.
Strong understanding of ISO 27001:2022 standards and HR compliance processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in HRMS/ATS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or knowledge in L&D and employee engagement is an advantage.
