We are looking for a passionate and proactive

Talent Acquisition Executive

with good English communication skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' communication, attitude, and job suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and position requirements. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Excellent written and good spoken English communication skills. In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
