We are looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals to support our hiring requirements on a contract / project basis.
Roles & Responsibilities - Freelance Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions on a freelance basis
Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms
Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
Provide regular hiring status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders
Support onboarding coordination, as required
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection requirements
Handle bulk, lateral, or niche hiring assignments based on business needs
NOTE: Payment for the TA services will be released once the candidate successfully joins (onboards) the organization.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
