Roles and Responsibilities



Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings Posting job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates. Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner. Sourcing potential candidates through various jobs portals and online channels. Oversee candidate experience & communication in all stage of hiring including application, interview, selection & joining. Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs Increase the number of qualified applicants in database Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
