Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner. Sourcing potential candidates through various jobs portals and online channels.
Oversee candidate experience & communication in all stage of hiring including application, interview, selection & joining. Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs
Increase the number of qualified applicants in database
Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations.
