Job Overview:



We are seeking a

dynamic IT Recruiter

with

1-7 years of experience

to manage

end-to-end technical hiring

for various IT roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

technical job requirements

,

sourcing strategies

, and

candidate evaluation techniques

.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and recruit

IT professionals

(developers, engineers, analysts, etc.). Collaborate with hiring managers to define

job requirements

and

candidate profiles

. Utilize

job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

for talent acquisition. Conduct

initial screenings, technical assessments, and interview coordination

. Maintain a

talent pipeline

for recurring roles and future hiring needs. Ensure a

positive candidate experience

through clear communication and timely feedback. Negotiate

compensation, contracts, and onboarding processes

. Track and report

recruitment metrics

(time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.). Stay updated on

tech hiring trends and market dynamics

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.

1-7 years

of experience in

IT recruitment

. Strong understanding of

technical job roles

(Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, etc.). Experience with

recruitment platforms

(LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS tools). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

work under pressure

and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in a

tech company or recruitment agency

Familiarity with

basic technical screening methods and tools

.

Compensation Models:



Permanent:

Fixed salary with performance incentives.

Contract:

Project-based or hourly compensation.

Freelancer (Pay-per-Joining):

Earn per successful placement (?10K-?15K per hire).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
