We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
who has hands-on experience in sourcing niche profiles and closing positions independently.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in headhunting and recruitment
Strong experience in sourcing senior/niche roles through LinkedIn, networks, cold outreach, and advanced search strategies
Ability to manage full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, evaluating, negotiating and closing candidates
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience hiring for international markets (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing strategies
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for leadership, niche and hard-to-fill roles
Coordinate and manage interviews and candidate assessments
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment experience
