Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms.
Conduct initial screenings, HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop creative job posts and employer branding content for social media.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in IT Recruitment only .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Master's degree in HR, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
