Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced and client-focused

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality talent. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and role specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and updates. Use various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly. Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to clients. Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications



2-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or staffing. Strong client handling and relationship management skills. Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills



Prior experience with RPO, agency recruitment, or client-facing HR consulting. Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics. Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
