Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance with company policies. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,071.01 - ₹12,722.31 per month
