go-to hiring expert for our North America operations

, working closely with leadership and managers to build high-performing teams that directly impact children's futures.

Duties and responsibilities:



Own the talent pipeline

: Identify present and future hiring needs in partnership with department heads.

Be a storyteller

: Craft compelling job descriptions and campaigns that stand out and attract A+ talent.

Find hidden gems

: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, networks, and creative sourcing hacks.

Be the candidate's guide

: Run engaging screenings and interviews, keeping candidates informed and excited throughout the process.

Quality over quantity

: Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to ensure hires stick and succeed.

Drive onboarding excellence

: Oversee new-hire documentation and smooth transitions into the org.

Stay sharp

: Keep up with North American employment legislation and ensure full compliance.

Be data-driven

: Share regular insights and dashboards with leadership to fine-tune hiring strategies.

Create impact

: Contribute to HR process docs, policies, and reports to strengthen our people systems.

Hit targets, smash goals

: Consistently meet outreach and candidate engagement KPIs.

Essential skills and experience:



Education & Experience

: Bachelor's in HR Management or related field with

3-4 years of hardcore recruitment experience

(bonus if from fast-paced startup/product companies).

Proven track record

: Strong portfolio of successful hires - you've built pipelines, closed tough roles, and met crazy deadlines.

People whisperer

: Exceptional communication (verbal & written English), with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust.

Strategic + Hands-on

: You can zoom out to design recruitment strategies and zoom in to close a candidate on the spot.

Tech-savvy

: Proficient in HR databases, Google Workspace, and modern AI recruitment tools.

Compliance-aware

: Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.

Night owl energy

: Comfortable working

6 PM - 3 AM IST

to align with North American time zones.
