Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and networking events.
Head-hunt and proactively build pipelines for niche roles (e.g., developers, architects, sales, operations, marketing, finance, etc.).
2. Screening & Assessment
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, culture fit, and salary expectations.
Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with hiring managers.
Administer assessments or technical tests where applicable.
3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, skill gaps, and job expectations.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and talent availability.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
4. Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives including job fairs, career events, and social media recruitment campaigns.
Create engaging job descriptions and posts to attract potential candidates.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRMS.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage background verification and documentation for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-6 years
of experience in talent acquisition for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Strong experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Cloud/DevOps, Support Engineers, as well as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
