Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end hiring processes across business and support functions in our NBFC. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, deep understanding of financial lending roles, and experience hiring talent for field sales, credit, collections, and operations teams in an NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

for roles across sales, credit, operations, risk, collections, etc. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into hiring plans. Source high-quality candidates using various channels: job portals, social media, referrals, internal database, etc. Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation processes. Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and regular MIS reporting. Ensure time-to-fill, cost-to-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics are met or exceeded. Build a strong pipeline of talent for critical and volume-hiring roles. Promote the employer brand through talent engagement strategies and candidate experience. Stay updated with talent market trends in the NBFC/lending domain.

Key Requirements:

MBA in HR

3 - 6 years

of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in NBFCs.

Strong exposure to hiring for secured lending products (home loans, mortgage, etc.)

Excellent sourcing and screening skills; experience using Naukri, LinkedIn.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proactive, target-driven, and organized with the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
