for non-IT healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, OT Technicians, Paramedical, Admin, Sales, Support Staff)
Headhunting & passive candidate sourcing
through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
Talent mapping and competitor benchmarking
Proactive calling, follow-ups, and candidate engagement
Resume screening, HR interviews, and shortlisting
Coordinate interviews with HODs & management
Offer negotiation, closure, and joining tracking
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring trackers
Ensure fast TAT and quality hiring
Skills Required:
Strong experience in

Hands-on experience with
Naukri search & Boolean strings
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
