We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skill:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
