Role Overview
The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand job expectations.
Schedule interviews and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support in onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
