Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising and marketing sector.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the advertising and marketing industry.
Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Zoho Recruit software (ATS experience is a plus).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
