Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in bulk hiring, timely closures, and excellent communication skills, preferably from the BPO sector.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Deliver closures within defined timelines and hiring targets
  • Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and coordination of interviews
  • Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth hiring execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring and closures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in the BPO sector will be highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Immediate joiner preferred
