Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-impact and leadership positions such as COO, Financial Controller, HSE Officer, Legal Assistant, and Project Management Assistant. The role requires strong sourcing skills, advanced data analytics capability (Excel + MIS + BI dashboards), and the ability to handle confidential hiring with precision.

Key Responsibilities1? Leadership & Strategic Hiring



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership roles (COO, GM, etc.). Ensure discreet, confidential handling of high-sensitivity profiles. Conduct competency-based assessments and behavioural interviews.

2? Finance & Compliance Hiring



Source Financial Controller / Finance Manager level candidates. Evaluate candidates on budgeting, MIS, audits, statutory compliance. Coordinate technical rounds with CFO/Finance leads.

3? HSE Hiring



Identify candidates with LNG/Oil & Gas/Industrial HSE experience. Validate NEBOSH/IOSH and other site safety certifications. Ensure safety compliance hiring aligns with regulatory standards.

4? Legal & Project Management Hiring



Shortlist Legal Assistants with knowledge of Company Law, Contracts & Documentation. Hire Project Management Assistants with scheduling, coordination, and execution experience. Validate skillsets in documentation, reporting, multi-site coordination.

5? MIS, Reporting & Data Analysis (Advanced Excel + BI)



This is critical for the role. Must be strong in:



Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) Automated dashboards Recruitment funnel tracking Weekly & monthly hiring MIS Power BI / Google Data Studio dashboards KPI reporting (TAT, Source performance, Cost per hire, Pipeline status) Preparing recruitment analytics for management Maintaining a clean, updated candidate database

6? Sourcing & Screening



Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, industry networks, internal referrals. Create JD, publish job ads, manage applications. Conduct initial screening, shortlist based on competency match. Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline dashboards.

7? Stakeholder & Coordination



Work closely with department heads & senior management. Provide weekly hiring progress reports and dashboards. Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and communication. Support onboarding & documentation coordination.

Candidate RequirementsEducation



HSC or Any Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration

Experience



4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Experience hiring for mid-senior & leadership roles Preferably from Oil & Gas / Energy / Petrochemical / Infrastructure

Technical Skills



Advanced Excel (mandatory) MIS preparation & dashboards Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio (preferred) ATS tools exposure Strong documentation & reporting skills
