Peak Performance Advisors is looking for a proactive and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordination, with a strong focus on timely closures and delivering a positive candidate experience in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple open positions Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring stakeholders Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination Ensure timely closures and achievement of recruitment targets Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT) Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and end-to-end hiring processes Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
