Understanding the end-to-end recruitment cycle and execution.

Strong in sourcing candidates thorough various channels like networking platforms, Job portals and head hunting

Understanding the hiring requirements of the client

Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and clients.

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Key Skills and Strengths

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles as per requirement

Ability to negotiate, co-ordinate and close with the candidates till they join.

Time-management skills and multitasking ability

Ability to build and maintain relationships with the clients

Qualification

Any graduate with 1-4 years of strong recruitment and client handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
