Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and clients.
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles as per requirement
Ability to negotiate, co-ordinate and close with the candidates till they join.
Time-management skills and multitasking ability
Ability to build and maintain relationships with the clients
Qualification
Any graduate with 1-4 years of strong recruitment and client handling
