We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including sales, field operations, agronomy, and support roles. The candidate will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, field, agronomy, and support positions
? Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and local hiring channels
? Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
? Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with respective HODs
? Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and complete hiring documentation
? Support on boarding activities and ensure smooth joining formalities
? Effectively use job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, WorkIndia, and similar platforms
? Build professional connections and source candidates through networking and referrals
Qualifications & Skills
? Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a related discipline
? 2-5 years of relevant recruitment experience
? Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
? Familiar with job portals, sourcing techniques, and basic HR processes
? Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines
? Consultancy recruitment experience preferred
