We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting essential HR operations. The role will focus mainly on hiring, along with basic HR coordination and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers, release offer letters, and close positions within timelines
Support onboarding by collecting documentation and coordinating joining formalities
Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave, and basic HR coordination
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Assist in implementing HR initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
