Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT, Non-IT, and technical positions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Handle offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Support onboarding and basic HR coordination as required
Qualification and Skill Set:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1-4 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
