Job Description

As TA Specialist , you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned domestic and international mandates.

Understand and analyse the job description in details Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques) Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining
Your profile -

You should have minimum 1 year experience of recruitment in Japan, preferably in tech industry Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets Experience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business data Deep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines. Good understanding of social media Technical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) would be a great advantage You should be comfortable leveraging social media for sourcing and marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
