Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand timelines and expectations
Provide regular recruitment status updates
Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business teams
Employer Branding
Promote company culture and EVP through LinkedIn and job postings
Support branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
Represent the organization positively to candidates
Data & Compliance
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio
Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies
