Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
Conduct job analysis to define responsibilities and expectations
Publish job openings across platforms (job boards, newspapers, college portals)
Source candidates via databases, social media, job portals, and innovative channels
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews
Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural alignment
Track recruitment metrics and generate analytical reports for leadership
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices

Proven experience in conducting various interview formats (structured, stress, competency-based)
Skilled in selection techniques including phone screening and reference checks
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, job portals, and CMS tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent judgment and candidate evaluation capabilities
