Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds
Coordinate with hiring managers to meet hiring timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics
Plus Point (Preferred):
Prior hiring experience in the Financial Services / BFSI sector
Exposure to sales, operations, credit, and back-office hiring
Experience in corporate hiring setup
