Responsibilities(included but may not be limited to) : o Using differentsources and channels ofrecruitmentlike different job portals,social media,etc. to explore the talent pool available. o Sourcing and screening both active and passive talentin the market. o Further building talent pipelines and networks with qualified active and passive candidates. o Coordinating with hiring managers and candidatesfor a smooth interview process. o Having continuous engagementswith the candidatesto ensure a successful hire and joining. o Maintaining all relevant internal databases and trackers. Requirements : o Bachelor's degree with a management course in Human Resources orsimilarfield.

Experience in IT Recruitment is preferable. o Familiarity with variousjob portals and resume databasesis a plus. o Experience with / Exposure of MSOffice is a must. o Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
