Manage the full recruitment cycle for

across multiple functions.
Create job descriptions, source candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals
, and Boolean searches.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for recurring and critical roles.
Conduct
active/passive talent
sourcing for leadership and niche skills.
3. Screening & Assessment
Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Assess technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
Ensure quality profiles and reduce time-to-hire.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
Advise stakeholders on market conditions, salary trends, and talent availability.
5. Offer Management & Closing
Handle salary negotiation and closing of high-ticket candidates.
Prepare offer letters and manage the post-offer follow-up process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
6. Recruitment Data & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
Track metrics such as TAT, source efficiency, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Improve processes to optimize hiring outcomes.
