1. Tech Hiring experience is must

2. Responsible for sourcing candidates /calling candidates, scheduling Interviews

3. Offer negotiation/ generation/joining

4. Experience of using job portals

5. Creation of Reports and Dashboards/Maintain trackers/ (good in excel)

6. Excellent Communication Skills1. Experience: 2 - 6 years

7. Location: Mumbai western line between (Lower Parel to Borivali) or in central line places near Andheri like Ghatkopar, Chembur, Powai, Vikhroli, Kurla, Sion etc. Someone staying closer to Andheri will be preferred.

8. Must have some talent acquisition experience either Tech or Non-Tech

9. Must have excellent communication skills

10. The candidate must be assertive and should be able to drive conversations with stakeholders.

11. Must be good in excel

12. Qualification: MBA in HR

13. Ideally must have worked in a corporate, 300+ headcount company.

14. Age: Not more than 30-31 years

15. Must have shown some stability in their last jobs, I see most candidates have switched jobs in less than 2 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
