? Prepare job descriptions and source candidates through portals, institutes, referrals, and networks.
? Manage hiring for CAs, semi-qualified professionals, and Article Assistants.
? Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for seasonal and recurring requirements. ? Screen, interview, and coordinate with Partners/Managers for final selection.
? Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
? Maintain recruitment records, MIS, and ensure compliance with ICAI guidelines and labor laws.
? Build talent pipelines for audit season and recurring roles.
? Support employer branding and candidate engagement.
? Ensure smooth induction and a positive joining experience
