Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels
Manage high-volume hiring for teachers and school staff
Coordinate interviews with Principals and department heads
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Ensure timely position closures and track hiring metrics
Maintain an excellent candidate experience
Support onboarding coordination
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in recruitment (education industry preferred)
Experience hiring teachers, coordinators, or academic staff is a
plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-school environment
Proficiency in job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms
