Key Responsibilities:



End-to-end recruitment

for real estate roles like Sales Managers, Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers, Telecallers, and Site Sales Executives. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with sales leaders and project heads. Handle volume hiring for project launches and new mandates. Understand manpower requirements from developers and internal sales teams and plan hiring accordingly. Coordinate interview processes and ensure quick closure of positions. Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reporting on hiring status. Support in onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities of new hires. Develop talent pipeline for upcoming real estate projects. Assist in employee referral programs and walk-in drives when required.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
